Shane Hopkins grew up in the swimming pool business and early on was inspired to build quality, custom-end pools surrounded by beautiful landscape. We specialize in being a company that creates a complete outdoor environment.
Many of our employees have been with us for a number of years. Their training is evident in their quality of work and attention to detail. We are professionals who are experienced in design and construction. We are devoted to using the highest quality craftsmanship in the industry. Hopkins Custom Pools takes pride in the services we offer. It is not enough to just do the job. Beware! Poor customer service all the way around. Pool 3 1/2 mo the old and coping is cracking, has holes all in it due to it being power washed and sanded 2x, looks worse then the beginning product (and even then it had manufacturer markings it shouldn’t have had). Plaster has discolored patches everywhere. Pool has a visual of one that looks like it have been used for several years not 3 1/2 months.
Just keep getting dismissed or told a “few” pieces will be replaced. Makes me wonder what the heck IS covered under their so called Warranty.
I wouldn’t suggest this company and would never use them again. Only if I could do it all over again they…
